Dreamloops are a series of audio-visual non-fungible tokens, minted on the Ethereum blockchain, and hosted via IPFS*
1 in 5 Dreamloops will be redeemable for physical media – vinyl record or cassette tape. Maximum supply of 10,000.

As the first release from Bitlectro Labs, Dreamloops features programmatically generated 8-bit musical loops and 16-bit artwork produced by Keil Corcoran of the band STRFKR.
The “album covers” are inspired by classic gaming platforms such as the Amiga, PC98, and Super Nintendo and feature a retro-futuristic aesthetic. The music for each Dreamloop is composed entirely on a classic NES using a Midines cartridge. Each Dreamloop′s music and art is unique and features elements of varying scarcity.
The owner of each Dreamloop receives a Creative Commons CC BY-ND license for their musical loop and a CC BY license for the visual composition to use as they see fit. This allows the user to utilize the audio of their Dreamloop within commercial works, as long as they credit Bitlectro Labs as the creator. Owners of Dreamloops can use the audio of their loops within their own video games, live streams, podcasts, etc.Non-Redeemable NFTs - 8,000 Total

Visual elements within the artworks varied degrees of scarcity. Some elements will be found easily, while others may be featured on only a single Dreamloop. All Dreamloops will have some animated elements, a scrolling background for example, while less common Dreamloops will have unique animated foreground elements. Common Dreamloops are not redeemable for physical media. Additionally, each Dreamloop has a unique audio track and percussion combination.
Classes of scarcity are randomly assigned at the time of minting (creation). Dreamloops come in a “wrapped” state like a pack of baseball cards or a present. That is, each Dreamloops unique visual attributes and music are a mystery until the owner decides to unwrap their Dreamloop in our 3D unwrapping environment. Or if an owner chooses, they can keep their Dreamloop "wrapped" and resell or trade it on secondary markets like OpenSea. A wrapped dreamloops keeps its metadata a secret until it is unwrapped.
Staking and Redemption Process
Staking will occur by keeping your Dreamloops in a self-custodied Ethereum wallet (like MetaMask), which must be held at a single wallet address for a period of 182.5 days (six months). After this 182.5 days, users will be able to redeem eligible Dreamloops for the physical pressing. The counter on the staking period begins after a Dreamloop is unwrapped, and restarts whenever that Dreamloop has been transferred to a new user. However, once a Dreamloop hits the 182.5 day staking target, it will remain redeemable even if transferred to a new user until that specific Dreamloop has been redeemed for a physical copy.
In order to receive a physical pressing, a request will need to be made via a portal on our website, at which point we will ship the redeemed vinyl or cassette to the holder. There will be only 1 physical pressing made per redeemed NFT – making these one-off pressings unique and scarce.
